Preliminary publication of 2008 Industrial Property Statistics
The Preliminary Publication of Industrial Property Statistics, conducted by the Service of Statistics and Studies of the SPTO, contains tables with official data on applications as well as on concessions of the various modalities of national Industrial Property for the year 2008.
The information provided includes data on applications distributed by Autonomous Community, by applicant residence and by technical sectors.
Additionally, it contains application data on European patents, international patents, PCT, European Union trademarks and designs, as well as international trademarks and designs in force in Spain.
There are also statistics on SPTO activity such as International Search Authority and formulations and resolutions for both administrative and contentious administrative appeals.
