New PCT Fees

New fees for international procedures within the PCT system were applied as of September 1, 2010 and were adopted by the International Office of the WIPO. In particular, they apply to the International Filing Fee and to discounts arranged for in the Schedule of Fees and will be applied to PCT international applications as of that date:

• International Filing Fee: 950
• For each following sheet from number 31: 11 Euros
• Discounts for electronic filing:
  PCT-EASY Application: 71 Euros
  Electronic PDF Application: 143 Euros
  Electronic XML Application: 214 Euros
