Guidelines for Utility Models (Law 24/2015)Uniform practice for the granting process The bureaucratic process is always hard and even the most simple paperwork ends in a big headache. Sometimes public administration seems to speak a different language full of technical terms that cannot be understood by an ordinary mortal. At the SPTO we are resolved to make your life easier. It sounds good, doesn't it? In our eagerness to serve and improve we consider advisable to lay down a uniform practice for the granting process. Obviously this action will benefit both parts involved in the process. Along this line, the SPTO has recently published the guidelines for Utility Models: Granting process, opposition, limitation and search report. We hope you find them useful.
