The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, O.A. (OEPM) has launched the institutional advertising campaign “Buying original products, we all win” with the aim of promoting responsible shopping during the peak periods of the year, which are Black Friday and Christmas.

New collaboration of the OEPM with the Judicial Documentation Center (CENDOJ)

During the course on Industrial Property (IP) for Magistrates appointed by the General Council of the Judiciary, the new collaboration between the Judicial Documentation Center (CENDOJ) and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, O.A. (OEPM) was signed as a consequence of the Agreement of March 15, 2019 signed by both organizations.

(OEPM) has been elected Chairman of the Standing Committee on the Law of Patents of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) at the thirty-second session of the Committee, held in Geneva from December 7 to 10, 2020.

The OEPM and ITEMAS launch the "Information Pills"

The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, O.A. (OEPM) and the Health and Medical Technologies Innovation Platform (ITEMAS) have launched a series of “information pills” in which topics of interest raised by the health platform itself and related to patents will be discussed for 30 minutes. This activity falls within the institutional framework established by the OEPM-ITEMAS collaboration agreement signed in 2015 and recently renewed in 2020.
