The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, O.A. (SPTO) has just launched a new service to promote the enhancement of Spanish companies in the national and international market. This service will be very useful for us to promote both the competitiveness and the internationalization of Spanish companies, which are key in the new Strategic Plan 2021-2024 of the OEPM.

Success of the quality audit of the SPTO

For the first time since 2017, the USTR removed Spain from the “2020 Review of Notorious Markets”. The blacklist included “La Jonquera market” in Gerona, for selling counterfeit products.
