Certification of Industrial Property Agents Industrial property agents offer specialized advice, including services such as drafting the documents that make up the application for protection, assisting their clients in matters of industrial property, and representing them before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM).
The Resolution of May 8, issued by the Directorate of the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), declares provisionally eligible those candidates who have passed the aptitude tests demonstrating the knowledge required for the professional activity of Industrial Property Agent and knowledge of Spanish law for the recognition of professional qualifications to practice as an Industrial Property Agent in Spain for citizens of the European Union or of States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
