Aptitude Test Examination Sessions for IP Agents
On February 4, publication was made in the Official State Bulletin (BOE) of the Resolution by the General Director of the SPTO announcing examination sessions for the certification aptitude test on the knowledge needed to perform the activity of Industrial Property Agent, as well as the certification aptitude test on knowledge of Spanish Law.
The SPTO signs an agreement with Navantia to promote IP
The agreement forms part of a framework for measures to support businesses in the area of IP (patents, trademarks and designs) of the SPTO.
Grants for Promoting 2011 Patent Applications and Utility Models
The formalization and presentation of applications shall be made by electronic means through the SPTO Electronic Office and the presentation deadline is one month from the publication date of the announcement.
200 Years of Patents
The Cooperation Fund of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) approved the implementation of a number of projects for which it requested the participation of representatives from various national offices.
