Turkish judges visit the SPTO

From 14 to 18 March, six judges from the Turkish Court of Cassation visited the SPTO for a study meeting as part of the programme covered by the European Commission’s Technical Assistance and Information Exchange instrument (TAIEX).

Such projects aim to instruct participants on the European context in their areas of interest. In this case, the visiting judges came from the Turkish Court of Cassation and received training on several aspects of the fight against infringements of Industrial and Intellectual Property and on good practices by Spanish institutions in this area.
