2026 Annual Operational Plan of the 2025-2027 Strategic Plan of the OEPM2026 Annual Operational Plan of the 2025-2027 Strategic Plan of the OEPM Within the 2025-2027 Strategic Plan (SP) of the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), annual plans are essential, as they facilitate the planning and monitoring of the projects and activities reflected in the SP. In line with this premise, the OEPM has published the 2026 Annual Operational Plan (AOP 2026) for the current Strategic Plan. This plan is structured around four general objectives: - Objective 1. Promote the strategic use of industrial property (three strategies and eight projects). - Objective 2. Offer higher quality services by intelligently addressing digital transformation to increase user satisfaction (3 strategies and 7 projects). - Objective 3. Continue to move towards a dynamic, motivating, collaborative, and transparent work environment, strengthening the attraction and retention of talent (2 strategies and 5 projects). - Objective 4. Strengthen the leadership and enhance the cooperation of the SPTO at the national and international levels (2 strategies and 6 projects). The 2026 POA maintains the roadmap initiated in the previous Annual Operational Plan, as the OEPM works with three-year project documents covering the strategic cycle until 2027. It includes 269 activities that specify the 26 projects in this strategic plan. All of them must achieve measurable results for this year (the 57 intermediate results listed in the POA) as well as a final result that will be measured at the end of the Strategic Plan in 2027.
