【課題】カーボンニュートラル達成のために、複合樹脂組成物中のバイオマスの割合(バイオマス度)を増やすことが検討されている。単純にバイオマス含有量を増やした場合は、得られた複合樹脂組成物の溶融粘度が上昇し、成形時の流動性が低下する。熱可塑性樹脂の一部構造を酸変性することで、バイオマスとの相溶性を向上させる方法が提案されているが、十分ではない。【解決手段】体積平均粒径が50マイクロメーター以下に制御された非可食バイオマス、もしくは体積平均粒径制御後に、モノイソシアネート、酸無水物により官能基を導入した非可食変性バイオマスとバイオポリマー、または石油由来原料由来の熱可塑性樹脂10~80質量%を混錬して製造された複合樹脂組成物は、非可食バイオマスが熱可塑性樹脂中に均一に分散されることで溶融粘度の上昇を抑え、樹脂成形に重要な流動性が大きく改善される。【選択図】図1

The material has proven to keep the same mechanical properties as the animal origin or synthetic leather, being a sustainable alternative which, in addition, contributes to circular economy. The sustainable material, leather-type of vegetable origin, provides an alternative to known leathers, with less environmental impact.
