Provided is a method for producing a copper complex ink which has excellent storage stability and with which copper wiring having low volume resistivity and high smoothness can be produced. The method for producing a copper complex ink containing a copper complex represented by general formula (HCOO)2Cu((CH3)2C(NH2)CH2OH)2 includes an agitation step for agitating a mixture of powder of Cu(HCOO)2·4H2O and a solid or liquid of (CH3)2C(NH2)CH2OH by a thin-film spin method, wherein the molar ratio of Cu(HCOO)2·4H2O to (CH3)2C(NH2)CH2OH in the mixture is 1:1.8 to 2.2.

A conductive metal film and a method of fabricating the same. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, even when a firing reaction is carried out by surface-treating a metal film with an organic molecule containing carboxylic acid, an oxide film is hardly formed on the metal film, and even if an oxide film is formed, it can be reduced, thereby providing a conductive metal nanoparticle film having excellent electrical conductivity and a method of fabricating the same.
