According to the method, an AO type phycomycete system is adopted to construct a phycomycete symbiotic system, domestication and inoculation of microalgae-activated sludge microbiota are carried out, and microalgae consumes CO2 dissolved in water in compost exhaust through photosynthesis to generate O2, so that complementary advantages can be formed to synergistically purify water, the water purification efficiency is improved, and common organic matters such as COD and N in the chicken raising wastewater are removed while the compost exhaust is recycled.
