The outer tube 40 is a spiral paper tube produced by at least two payers of fiber paper. The outer tube 40 is covering the liner 22 and fixed to the body 20 by the tightening member 30. A rear end of the outer tube 40 and a rear end of the liner 22 are adhered and the liner 22 is closed.
