Fri Mar 08 13:13:00 CET 2013Según datos de la Oficina Europea de Patentes, en el año 2012 se solicitaron un total de 148.194 patentes europeas, lo que supone un incremento del 4% con respecto al año 2011.
De ellas, 1.548 correspondieron a solicitantes de origen español, un 9,6% más que en 2011. Estas solicitudes crecieron por encima de las solicitudes de otros países como Alemania (4,1%), Francia (2,6%), Reino Unido (-0,5%) o Italia (-6,1%), siendo España superada en crecimiento únicamente por Finlandia, Estonia, Lituania y Polonia.
Estos datos confirman la tendencia al alza que las solicitudes de patentes europeas de origen español, han venido experimentando en los últimos años.
