At the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, O.A. (SPTO), one of our main priorities is the continuous improvement of our processes, with the aim of raising the quality and safety of the services provided, thus demonstrating our commitment to user satisfaction.
In order to respond to this, we have a Quality Management System certified in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard and a Technological Surveillance System certified in accordance with the UNE-166006:2018 standard.
Our quality system is also integrated within the office's Strategic Plan, so that the annual objectives of the quality management system coincide with the expected annual results of the projects in the Strategic Plan, which in turn are defined in the Annual Operational Plans.
In this way, all the work carried out in relation to quality acquires a strategic component.
