Thu Oct 18 16:27:00 CEST 2018Recientemente, la Oficina de Propiedad Intelectual de la Unión Europea (EUIPO) ha puesto en marcha un algoritmo de búsqueda de imágenes actualizado en TMView y eSearch plus, en consonancia con su compromiso de mejorar el servicio que ofrece a los usuarios sus herramientas gratuitas de consulta.
La Oficina Española de Patentes y Marcas (OEPM), en cooperación con la EUIPO, ha incorporado esta herramienta para la búsqueda de marcas españolas a través del portal TMView, permitiendo que se pueda realizar la búsqueda por imagen de forma sencilla y rápida.
Actualmente, TMView comprende 873.598 marcas con efecto en España, vigentes y publicadas desde el año 1897.
Para realizar la búsqueda por imagen en TMview: se debe hacer clic en el icono de la cámara 
para mostrar la caja «Arrastrar y soltar o cargar imagen» para buscar marcas de apariencia similar. También se puede buscar marcas de «color per se».
