Fri Jun 05 08:04:00 CEST 2015Dentro de la política de la OEPM para disminuir las cargas administrativas en materia de trámites de derechos de Propiedad Industrial, se ha desarrollado una mejora para el procedimiento de presentación de solicitud electrónica de renovación de marcas y nombres comerciales, en el sentido de que dicho formulario se pueda rellenar automáticamente obteniendo los datos que constan en las bases de datos de la OEPM, para lo cual el interesado deberá indicar la modalidad (M o N) y el número de registro.
Este nuevo servicio estará disponible a partir del día 8 de junio de 2015.
