Fri Jan 11 10:35:00 CET 2019El lunes día 14 de enero de 2019 se pondrá en producción el nuevo trámite de Solicitudes de Marcas y Nombres Comerciales que incluye los cambios que incorpora el Real Decreto-ley 23/2018 del 21 de diciembre de transposición de la Directiva (UE) 2015/2436 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo relativa a la aproximación de las legislaciones de los Estados miembros en materia de marcas.
Para ello se han incorporado los cambios necesarios en la solicitud electrónica y también en el formulario en papel. Entre las novedades más destacables pueden citarse:
A los efectos de distinguir las solicitudes presentadas bajo la nueva legislación, se iniciará una nueva numeración, que empezará con el número de 4000000 para marcas y 400000 para nombres comerciales.
