An intermetallic compound which is rich in Al or Zn and is doped with noble metal elements by means of solid solution is used as a precursor, and said compound reacts with an alkali solution near the boiling point temperature of the alkali solution under normal pressure, so that normal pressure and efficient preparation of a nano metal oxide doped with the noble metal nanoparticles having different crystallinity are achieved. Meanwhile, on the basis of the nano metal oxide doped with the noble metal nanoparticles, further provided is a preparation method for the noble metal nanoparticles.
