La Oficina de Propiedad Intelectual de la Unión Europea (EUIPO) es la agencia de la Unión Europea (UE) responsable de gestionar las marcas de la UE (MUE), los diseños de la Unión Europea registrados (DUER), las indicaciones geográficas de productos artesanales e industriales (IGAI) y la cooperación europea e internacional en el ámbito de la propiedad intelectual (PI), así como el Observatorio Europeo de las Vulneraciones de los Derechos de Propiedad Intelectual.
La estructura de gobernanza de la EUIPO consiste en el Consejo de Administración y el Comité Presupuestario, cada uno integrado por un representante de cada Estado miembro, dos representantes de la Comisión Europea y un representante del Parlamento Europeo. La EUIPO goza de autonomía jurídica, administrativa y financiera.
