Tue Dec 16 08:19:59 CET 2025Con motivo del próximo apagado del sistema de presentación electrónica, eOLF, por parte de la Oficina Europea de Patentes (EPO), a partir del 1 de enero de 2026 no se podrán gestionar por esta vía trámites subsiguientes relativos a patente europea. Por este motivo, deberán presentarse, directamente ante la EPO, por los canales que EPO tiene habilitados a tal efecto (MyEPO u online-filing 2.0).
Esta situación no afectará en esa fecha a la presentación inicial de la solicitud de patente europea (formulario 1001), a los trámites subsiguientes de validaciones de patentes europeas, ni al resto de trámites de procedimientos nacionales o PCT presentados ante la OEPM, para los cuales podrán seguir usándose las dos plataformas que la Oficina Española de Patentes y Marcas (OEPM) tiene habilitados a tal efecto, eOLF y OEPMSEI.
Durante los meses de enero y febrero está previsto incorporar los trámites pendientes a la aplicación OEPMSEI y el apagado progresivo de la aplicación eOLF. Se irá avisando de estos cambios.
