Wed Dec 30 09:30:00 CET 2015Debido a actualizaciones en el sistema de gestión de invenciones “ALFA”, algunas anotaciones relativas a patentes y modelos de utilidad (entre ellas, los pagos) no están siendo reflejadas en SITADEX en tiempo real. Sin embargo, dichas anotaciones sí se producen en la aplicación CEO (Consulta de Expedientes OEPM).
La OEPM está trabajando para que la actualización de dichas anotaciones en SITADEX se resuelva lo más rápido posible. Sin embargo, si Usted detecta que algún trámite relativo a patentes o modelos de utilidad no aparece en SITADEX, por favor consúltelo también en CEO (http://ceo.oepm.es/); dicha anotación también quedará reflejada en SITADEX en breve.
