Tue Jan 23 09:30:00 CET 2024La Oficina de Propiedad Intelectual de la Unión Europea (EUIPO) vuelve a poner en marcha el Fondo para Pymes “Ideas Powered for business”.
El Fondo consiste en un programa de bonificaciones dirigido a las pymes de la Unión Europea (UE) en el ámbito de los derechos de propiedad industrial. La nueva convocatoria 2024 vuelve a incluir bonos para solicitudes de marcas, diseños, patentes y derechos de obtenciones vegetales elegibles tanto en la UE como en el extranjero.
Las bases de la convocatoria exigen:
1º presentar la solicitud del bono y esperar la aprobación de la subvención,
2º realizar el trámite para el que se ha pedido la bonificación
3º acreditar que se ha presentado el trámite para solicitar el pago de la ayuda por el importe concedido.
El proceso de solicitud de ayudas comienza el 22 de enero de 2024 y se extenderá hasta el 6 de diciembre de 2024.
