Mon Mar 02 12:41:00 CET 2015La Ley 11/2007, de 22 de junio, de acceso electrónico de los ciudadanos a los Servicios Públicos, supone un hito principal en la forma de tramitación electrónica entre laAdministración y los ciudadanos a los que se ofrecen servicios. Siguiendo el espíritu de esta Ley, la Oficina Española de Patentes y Marcas (OEPM) ha aumentado en los últimos meses la forma de pago de sus tasas, permitiendo desde finales de 2013 el pago de ciertas tasas con tarjeta bancaria. A estas iniciativas se suma ahora la posibilidad de realizar nuevos pagos con tarjeta bancaria ante la OEPM.
Desde el 2 de marzo de 2015, se pueden pagar todos los precios públicos de la OEPM recogidos en la Orden Ministerial ITC/42/2009 con tarjeta bancaria (de crédito ó de débito) tipo VISA o MasterCard. Esta nueva forma de pago coexistirá con las otras modalidades de pago que se han ofrecido hasta la fecha. Con esta medida, la OEPM desea ofrecer nuevas formas de pago que redunden en una mayor comodidad y beneficio de los ciudadanos que demandan sus servicios.
