El curso está organizado con la colaboración de la Oficina Española de Patentes y Marcas y cuenta con la participación de personalidades de gran relevancia en el ámbito de la Propiedad Industrial. En él se abordan los cambios introducidos con la nueva Ley 24/2015 de 24 de julio, de Patentes que entrará en vigor el 1 de abril de 2017. En la primera jornada participarán el Subsecretario de Industria, Energía y Turismo (y Presidente además de la OEPM), el Presidente de la Oficina Europea de Patentes (OEP) y el Director Ejecutivo de la Oficina de Propiedad Intelectual de la Unión Europea (EUIPO).
