La versión original de estas guías elaborada por la OMPI, ha sido adaptada por la OEPM a la legislación vigente española e ilustrada con ejemplos de empresas y productos españoles con el objeto de acercar las marcas y el diseño a las Pymes españolas con un enfoque eminentemente práctico.
