The present invention relates to the technical field of lamp production. Disclosed are a biodegradable and recoverable lamp and a production process. A recoverable and biodegradable material of a housing is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of PLA, 5-10 parts of PBAT, 5-10 parts of PBS, and 10-30 parts of a filling material, wherein the filling material comprises talcum powder and calcium carbonate. The main components of the lamp housing material of the lamp comprise PLA, PBAT, PBS, etc., which have biodegradability and can be decomposed into harmless substances under proper conditions, and therefore the pollution to soil and water sources is reduced. The production process comprises: raw material drying, preparation, mixing, melt extrusion, mold closing, rubber injection, product cooling, mold opening, product ejection, processing and assembling, packaging and labeling, and production inspection and delivery. PEEK is a recycled material and is of a recyclable grade; and PEEK is mainly used in a lamp panel substrate, a combination of which and the lamp housing makes at least 95% of the materials of a lamp product biodegradable and recoverable.
